Finance & Commercial Manager

We’re looking for a full-time experienced and commercially minded Finance & Commercial Manager to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, overseeing our finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll and compliance. Working closely with the owner and management team, you will provide valuable financial insight to improve profitability and support business growth.

Substantial experience in financial management or management accounting is essential, along with strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

Gunroom & Retail Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Gunroom & Retail Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day running of our Gunroom, assisting customers, coordinating gun sales, servicing and repairs, managing stock and helping to promote our products and services.

Previous administrative experience is essential, and while an interest in shooting and country pursuits is important, experience working within the shooting industry is not required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working.

Salary: £30,000
